During these extraordinary times ,when people are emotionally and physically distanced from loved ones, it is really important to look after ourselves.
Regular exercise and healthy eating are two essential components to keeping us strong. So take time each day to think about cooking a delicous meal and then sitting down to eat it listening to your favourite music, reading a book or watching TV - but preferably not the constant stream of worrying news.
Here I am in my sitting room doing my exercises and sharing them with anyone who wants to log onto my Insta account @exercisewithginny to join in a daily session. Stay safe and well and hope to see you on the mat!
