60-min sessions can be either at my home in Hove, or at your home if a suitable space is available. Whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced, we pre-plan each session so that it's tailored to your specific requirements.
New mums, we can incorporate exercises with your baby or you can take advantage of nap time!
Sharing a class with a friend or two reduces the cost and increases the enjoyment.
If you would like me to come to your home and you live further than 2 miles from BN3 6HY there is a small charge for travel time and out of pocket expenses.
Book 6 sessions or more and get 10% discount
Cancellations:
72 hours notice - 50% carried over
48 hours notice - 20% carried over
Under 48 hours notice - no refund
60-min sessions can be either at my home in Hove, or at your home if a suitable space is available. We work on an exercise programme agreed in consultation with your physician to promote full recovery in a controlled, sustainable way.
